The client

M&H Management Group is a real estate investment company (in the process of becoming a REIT) with an awesome business model and creative strategists at the helm. They present investors with great opportunities to yield great returns on low risk investments. The owners Brad MacDonald, and Don Hughes approached Godzspeed to design promotional booklets and kit folders to enhance the client experience at their sales meetings. They were also in need of an improved web presence to flow seamlessly with their print materials.

The challenge

Our challenge was to design modern and engaging print collateral. We were challenged to develop something creative, that upholds M&H's commitment to honesty, professionalism and profitability. We were also asked to translate the booklet experience to web, and offer a simple- to- understand yet visually stimulating experience.

The solution

Our strategy team, creative team and web teams united to design a brochure with angular lines (reflecting their logo), subtle transparencies, bold titles and solid photography; conveying the company's soul and investment opportunities. We then used layouts from the booklet to inspire our designs on the web side of things, and implemented a horizontal scrolling feature to mimic the booklet experience. The result is professional, educational and highly creative. The client has since shared raving reviews from their clients. M&H Management Group's got SOUL.
