Ashley Couperus

Hey! I’m Ashley, an Art Director & Graphic Designer, driven by creativity, collaboration, and meaningful work. I see my role as both the eyes and hands around here: I guide the vision through art direction—creating mood boards and presentations—and bring it to life through graphic design.

With over 10 years of experience and a diploma in Graphic Design from Algonquin College, I’m well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite and web design. I’ve earned an Art Direction certificate with Joel Arzu, Associate Creative Director at Ogilvy, and create soulful art that reflects my unique creative approach.

Soulful work, to me, is creating something that resonates deeply and makes an impact. I thrive in collaborative environments with passionate clients who love contributing to the process and working toward big goals.

Godzspeed is family. I’ve been with this team for over 8 years and love the flexible, fun culture we’ve built together. I get to work with creatives who share the same passion for art and bold ideas.

Design is more than colours, fonts, and layouts; it influences how people feel, see the world, and experience brands.

When I’m not designing, I’m playing sports, snuggling with animals, exploring new places, or listening to true crime podcasts. If I weren’t a designer, I’d probably be a private investigator… but only if the clues came in stylish font.
