Hi! I’m Merlin, a builder at heart with a passion for creating products and businesses that deliver value and leave a lasting impact on the world. With 20 years of experience in software engineering and product development and 15 years in project management and leadership, I’ve made it my mission to help teams and companies transform ideas into purposeful, community-centered solutions.

I believe excellence is a team sport. As the Head of Delivery and Digital at Godzspeed, I ensure we have the people, processes, and culture necessary to unleash our full potential and wow our clients.

I hold a Bachelor of Mathematics with a Major in Computer Science and a Minor in Combinatorics & Optimization from the University of Waterloo. When I’m not solving problems or leading agile teams, I’m busy turning concepts into ready-to-launch products.

My ideal clients are passionate and on a mission to serve something greater than themselves. This soulful work helps me fulfill my calling to bring more hope, joy, and meaningful services to my community and the world.

My favorite hobbies include basketball, traveling with family, video games, and crunching numbers (or anything that requires structuring data). If I weren’t a tech founder/entrepreneur, I’d probably be a teacher, psychologist, or pastor.
