Tani Olorunyomi
Hi! I’m Tanitoluwa Olorunyomi, but I go by Tani. I’m a visual storyteller, photographer, and studio manager. I do more than take photos—I capture emotion, intention, and the essence of what makes people and places feel alive. My work lives somewhere between art and purpose, and every frame tells a meaningful story.
With a diploma in Photography from Algonquin College, I specialize in portrait and editorial work that blends natural and controlled light to create striking, human-centered visuals. My work has been featured at the Ottawa Art Gallery in a showcase exploring identity, culture, and connection.
I also manage Studio 20.20, document behind-the-scenes moments, and ensure everyone who walks through our doors feels welcome. I lead content creation that reflects who we are and why it matters.
Soulful work is work that transcends, elevates, connects, and comes from a deeper place. That’s the perspective I bring to every shoot, every project.
If I weren’t a photographer, visual storyteller, and studio manager, I’d probably still be a photographer—just in a different form. Maybe a therapist, filmmaker, or teacher—still telling stories, capturing people in their truest light, and helping them see themselves more clearly.
Outside the studio, you’ll find me on a basketball court, dancing, skating, or gaming.
Favourite projects: NAC Documentary, Brave Gang, BlackBoysCode, GoodStory
